The proposal is to take advantage of Los Angeles’ poly-centric layout to develop a grid of transit systems, articulated on three different levels in the existing city.
The proposal is a Free Car Transport System, with various intersecting transportation centers.
These centers provide connections between transport systems but also social interaction.
This is a system that allows new urban life to grow.
